These services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at our discretion.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders for mobile recharges and visiting card printing. Any incorrect details may result in delays or issues with fulfilling your order.
Payment Obligations: All payments must be made in full before any service is processed. We accept secure payment methods, and once an order is confirmed, the transaction will be processed immediately. Prices may change, and we recommend reviewing all order details before confirming payment.
3. Payment Processing
Payments for all services are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store any sensitive payment information. Your credit card or bank details are securely handled by the payment processor, and we follow industry-standard security practices.
Mobile Recharge: Once a recharge is processed, it is non-refundable. Please verify the mobile number and recharge amount before completing the transaction. In case of issues with the recharge, please contact customer support within 24 hours for assistance.
Visiting Card Printing: Orders are processed after payment is received. If there is a printing error or defective product, you may request a reprint or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds will not be provided for design-related issues once approved by the customer.
4. Delivery & Turnaround Times
Mobile Recharge: All mobile recharges are processed instantly. However, delays may occur due to issues with the network or the telecom provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Visiting Card Printing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Disputes & Resolutions
If you encounter any issues with our services, please contact us immediately. Our customer support team will review your case and provide a solution:
Mobile Recharge Issues: If your recharge is unsuccessful or not reflected in your account, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
Visiting Card Printing Issues: If you receive an incorrect or defective order, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will either reprint the cards or issue a refund for defective products.

We understand that there may be situations where you may need a refund, and we aim to address your concerns promptly and fairly. Below is our Refund Policy, which outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be granted.
1. Mobile Recharge Refunds
Non-Refundable: Once a mobile recharge has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to double-check the mobile number, recharge amount, and provider details before completing the transaction.
Issues with Recharge: If you encounter any issues where the recharge does not reflect on your mobile account or if there is a technical failure, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the recharge transaction. We will investigate the issue in collaboration with the telecom provider and, if necessary, take appropriate action to resolve the problem. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a refund for network-related issues beyond our control.
2. Visiting Card Printing Refunds
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective product or if there is an error in printing (e.g., incorrect name, wrong design, etc.) that was caused by Charjo, you may request a reprint or refund. Refund requests or reprint requests for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the printed cards.
Design Approval: Please note that once you approve a design for printing, any errors in the design that you approved will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend reviewing the design thoroughly before approval.
Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Services: Refunds will not be provided for design-related issues if the customer has approved the design prior to printing or for printed orders that are correctly printed but not as per the customer’s expectation (e.g., preference for a different paper type, color variation, etc.).
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Proof: For defective or incorrect products, we may request photos of the product to help us assess the issue and process your refund request.
Resolution: After reviewing your case, we will inform you of the resolution (refund or reprint) within 3-5 business days.
4. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Please note that refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances:
If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information during the ordering process (for mobile recharge or visiting card printing).
If there is a delay in delivery caused by the customer’s failure to provide accurate shipping details.
If the customer changes their mind after the order has been processed or printed, especially after approving the final design for visiting cards.
